Start® Programs are for Companies who want to identify, develop and launch a "new-to-the-company" business. The "new-to-the-company" business must utilize the companys assets, skill sets, competencies, information and knowledge blocks but must not conflict with any of the companys existing businesses. Logical extensions of existing businesses are excluded from a Start Program. A Start Program does everything that is required to develop a knowledge-based business blueprint for a "new-to-the-company" business that has the companys full commitment. Start Programs also operate under the philosophy that an "intelligent no" is unacceptable.
